Dressers have been the basis for bathroom designs for more than 100 years. Before the day of installing pipes in the room, the dressing table was originally a hand washing area. This is more of a wardrobe than others, but it contains a jug of water and a sink, that’s where the idea for the wardrobe came from. Over the years, designs have been developed to hide open pipes and shutoff valves. They also serve as a basis for the sink.
